Last updated: July 13, 2026
1. Agreement
By using this website or the services of Diaspora Community Services Inc ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you use our services on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
2. Services
We develop and operate SaaS platforms for organizations — member management, communications, events, documents, and internal operations. The exact scope, modules, timeline, and pricing for each deployment are defined in a separate written service agreement.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for keeping credentials confidential. You may not use the services to violate law, infringe rights of others, distribute malware, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
4. Fees and payment
Fees are set out in your service agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are quoted in US dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Late or failed payment may result in suspension of access after reasonable notice.
5. Intellectual property and your data
The platform, its code, and design remain our property. All data you and your members enter into the platform remains yours. You grant us only the rights needed to host, process, and back up that data in order to provide the services. You can export your data at any time in standard formats.
6. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Warranties and liability
The services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate as set out in the service agreement. Upon termination we provide a reasonable window to export your data, after which it is deleted from active systems. See also Returns & Refunds.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
