1. Digital delivery

Diaspora Community Services Inc provides software as a service. We do not ship physical goods — all services are delivered electronically as access to a cloud-hosted platform.

2. Provisioning

Platform access and credentials are issued during onboarding, according to the timeline agreed in your service agreement. You will be notified by email when your environment is ready.

3. Availability

The platform is hosted and maintained by us. Planned maintenance windows are communicated in advance whenever possible.
