1. Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your subscription as set out in your service agreement. Access to the platform continues until the end of the current billing period.

2. Refunds

Refunds for prepaid, unused periods are handled according to the terms of your service agreement. Custom configuration and onboarding work that has already been delivered is generally non-refundable; contact us and we will review each case individually.

3. How to request

To cancel or request a refund, reach us through the contact form or by phone with your organization name and account details.

4. Your data after cancellation

After cancellation we provide a reasonable window to export your data in standard formats, after which it is deleted from active systems.
